Our Food Safety for Handlers course is designed to give you the knowledge, techniques and procedures for handling food. This includes the understanding of foodborne illnesses, proper storage of food and the necessary skills to prevent contamination.
Food safety is the most important concern when it comes to the food industry. When food is improperly handled it leads to foodborne illness, disease or even death.
It is your responsibility as the food handler, to use these safe food handling techniques and procedures to help prevent foodborne contamination. The Food Handlers course will teach you everything you need to know on how to be a responsible food handler. Once you complete the course, you will receive an industry accepted certificate of completion, from a leader in the food service industry.
Certificate Information: Your certificate will have an expiration date. It is your responsibility to know when it expires and when you need to retake the course in your state or jurisdiction.
